A San Diego Builder You Can Actually Reach.
Owner-led residential and commercial construction, with direct communication and accountability from the first walkthrough to the final one.
Brad Witmondt
Founder, President & CEO
Titan CR Inc. is a licensed San Diego general contractor handling residential and commercial construction. Founded and led by owner Brad Witmondt, the company brings more than 30 years of construction experience across residential, commercial, public, and governmental projects.
Titan is owner-led by design. The team that helps plan and price a project stays responsible through permitting and construction. That means direct communication, faster decisions, transparent itemized estimates, and real-time project visibility through the Buildertrend client portal.
Serving San Diego County and surrounding areas, Titan helps homeowners plan remodels, additions, and ADUs, and supports commercial owners with tenant improvements and ground-up builds.
Build with one accountable team.
